1.2 The Service Provider does not carry firearms, offensive weapons, or body armour. The service is discretion-based and does not constitute armed security, law enforcement, or emergency response.
1.3 The service is provided by a single professional and does not include team-based surveillance, vehicular protection, or residential security unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total agreed service fee.
2.2 The remaining balance of seventy percent (70%) is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of the service.
2.3 Rates are USD $100 per hour with a minimum engagement of three (3) hours, or USD $800 for a full day of up to eight (8) hours. All rates are exclusive of expenses outlined in Clause 4.
2.4 Payments made by credit card are processed securely via Stripe. Payments made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. The Service Provider is not liable for delays or errors caused by blockchain network congestion.
2.5 All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). The Client bears any currency conversion costs or bank fees.
3. Client Expenses

4.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to or at the commencement of any engagement. Failure to provide such verification upon reasonable request constitutes grounds for immediate cancellation under Clause 5.
4.5 Any misrepresentation of identity or purpose shall render this Agreement void and the Client shall forfeit all amounts paid.
5. Right of Cancellation by Service Provider
5.1 Sentinel Discreet reserves the absolute right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any booked or ongoing service at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability for refund, in the following circumstances:

- (b) Unlawful conduct: If the Client is involved in, or the engagement would require participation in, any activity that is illegal under applicable law;
- (c) Safety threat: If the Service Provider determines, in their sole professional judgement, that the engagement poses an unreasonable risk to the physical safety or legal standing of the Service Provider;
- (d) Non-payment: If the balance due under Clause 2.2 is not received within the stipulated timeframe;
- (e) Hostile or abusive conduct: If the Client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unreasonably hostile manner toward the Service Provider;
- (f) Misrepresentation of scope: If the actual nature of the engagement materially differs from what was described at the time of booking.

6.2 Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and seventy-two (72) hours before service commencement will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
6.3 Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before commencement, or no-shows, will result in the Client being liable for the full agreed service fee.
6.4 Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible and subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the engagement is treated as a cancellation.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the existence and details of their engagement. The Service Provider will not disclose any information about the Client, their movements, or the nature of the service to any third party without the Client's express written consent, except where required by law.
